We got great value for our money at Luca's House. The room was exceptionally comfortable and made us feel right at home. The location was perfect, tucked away from the tourist hustle and bustle but still within walking distance to the Biennale and other attractions. The staff, especially Luca's mom, treated us with warmth and charm, going above and beyond to make us feel welcome.
The breakfast option could have been better.

The apartment is conveniently located near the Arsenale water bus stop, providing easy access to other parts of the city. It is also close to the charming street, Via Giuseppe Garibaldi, where you can find a variety of restaurants and bars. the apartment itself is cozy and reflects the true spirit of Venice, making you feel at home with its comfortable amenities and hospitable hosts.
The elevator in the apartment has a strict rule against pushing the large red button, which can result in a hefty fine of 200 euros if violated.

I recently stayed at Luca's House for a few days and it was absolutely wonderful. Luca has thought of every little detail to make guests feel welcome, from providing coffee, tea, and other staples in the kitchen, to having a sewing kit and dictionaries available. The apartment itself is in a historic building with a unique wooden roof, giving it a special charm. The location is perfect, with a short walk to the vaporetto and a great bar nearby. I highly recommend Luca's House and look forward to returning soon.
Would definitely recommend this hotel.

I had a fantastic stay at Luca's House in Venice. The apartment was beautifully decorated, making me feel right at home. The attention to detail and guest comfort was impressive. The kitchen was well-equipped and the spacious bathroom was a plus. The location was perfect, being just a short walk away from the busy tourist areas, but still in a nice, off-the-beaten-path neighborhood. Luca's mother greeted me at the water bus stop and showed me around, making check-in smooth. I had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend Luca's House to others.

Spacious and clean apartment with a super comfortable bed and good quality linens. Excellent location, just a few minutes' walk from the main attractions and the Vaporetti stop. the warm welcome and support from Luca and Signora Marisa made us feel at home.
Elevator restrictions were a bit stressful, with a hefty charge if the big red button was pressed. Not recommended for families with small children.

Luca's mom is an absolute gem - she picked us up from the boat, baked delicious cookies, and helped with boat arrangements. The location is tucked away from tourist areas but close to the Biennale. The apartment is comfortable with all modern amenities, including Wi-Fi and a clothes washer/dryer. The large windows, convenient elevator, and peacefulness add to the overall experience. It's a perfect base for exploring the city, with easy access to water bus stops. The bar around the corner serves the most amazing bruschetta. We couldn't have asked for a better stay.

The apartment had a real Venetian feel, it was clean and comfortable. The location of the apartment was key, being close to shops, restaurants, and public transportation.- The hosts, Luca and his mother Marisa, were very welcoming and even baked us a delicious Christmas cake.
The apartment may be better suited for longer stays or repeat visitors to Venice, as it may not be centrally located for first-time visitors or those staying for just a couple of days. Families with small children may want to exercise caution, as the apartment may not be childproof.
